Content Denial

Content:  Denied for message content that is prohibited by customer-specified content lists such as profanity, racial insensitivity, etc.  These bounce messages contain specific information on the reason for the bounce such as “The Content Filter will not allow delivery of this message”.

Check the content of the message and remove potentially offensive content such as profanity, racial insensitivity, violence, political, etc.

If you believe that the message is legitimate and should be delivered, contact the recipient and let them know what you are seeing and request that they assist you with removal of offensive content.  Our users specify which content they do not wish to receive.

They may also Whitelist / Allow your sending address.
